I currently have a first and second grade student at Holland Hall. I can't say enough great things about this school. Every teacher that we have had so far has been excellent. I feel that my kids are getting an amazing education. I feel that the biggest gift that I can give my kids is a good education and I am confident that Holland Hall will deliver. It is definitely worth the investment. So thankful to have found this school !

My children have attended the Holland Hall primary school for the past three years and without a doubt they have received a superior education. In particular I have been impressed with the school's focus on introducing them, at a young age, to analytical and problem solving skills. Their education is not based on rote memorization, instead they are taught how to think. I am also delighted with the community established by the school. There is a warm family of teachers, staff, and fellow students who provide great support. Furthermore, the children are taught a sense of responsibility to the greater community. I look forward to my children's future experiences at Holland Hall and remain certain they are receiving the best education possible.

I graduated from Holland Hall four years ago, and I can say it was a top notch experience. It is certainly the best school in Tulsa, and I believe the best school in Oklahoma. While it is obvious that the network you build there can stay with you a lifetime, it is worth noting that being schooled with Tulsa's elite goes a long way. More importantly the academics is where the school shines. In my opinion this school is the perfect preparation for a top tier liberal arts college. Most of me and my friends were dispersed over the country in amazing colleges, including Ivys. Do not take my word for it, just ask the college counselors. Holland Hall has something to offer to any kind of student: Athletics, Academics, arts, or extra-curriculars.

Specific to the Upper SchoolSome positives: schedule allows downtime between classes, beautiful campus, helpful teachers, seniors can leave campus when not in class, good preparation for college in terms of work. Some negatives: lack of diversity in the mainly sheltered and upper class student body, the current principal is rude in dealing with students, very demanding workload, not as wide a range of course options as found in larger public institutions, limited extracurricular choices, and the problem of gossip attributed to the schools small size. It spreads very quickly, teachers are involved in students personal lives sometimes to the extent of nosiness and gossip about the students just as badly, if not worse, than the students themselves. This can lead some students to feel as though under constant surveillance.Holland Hall is decent overall, but its not for everyone. If you want to blend in or want the typical high school experience, look elsewhere.
