Some of our items disappeared into thin air between leaving our old residence, being stored in their facility for two years, and arriving at our new residence in another state.. We have been awaiting compensation for months. We thought the company was reputable and had dealt with them before. Now, we're left with about 30% less of our belongings and a company that seemingly doesn't care. Phone messages are unreturned by the owner. We may never get justice, but maybe we can spare another family by sharing our ordeal.
