      I have been on hold for someone to answer the phone 35 mins so I can order some parts for my riding lawn mower and the first time they hung up on me...the second time I was on the phone waiting for someone to answer 45 mins and I am still on hold...waiting....I dont understand when you give us a number to call and NO one answers the phone....how can you have a customer service when you don't answer
