We are so sorry you are not satisfied with our service. However I seem to remember this event slightly different.You called me two days after the instal and told me the radio was "loose" and a light was not working on the dash. We both agreed to have you come in the next day so we could fix the issue.When you arrived the following day you stated to my employee "I'm sorry but I'm that guy" and requested we remove the radio and did not want us to fix anything.I am willing to overlook the fact that you used disgusting foul language in front of children and assaulted my employee by throwing the store credit we issued you at his face, and invite you to come back to fix any issues that you might have as we strive to make every customer satisfied.
