There the worst need to be shut down immediately the cabs are ragly, dirty, and the dislatcher lies never answer the phone and you have to call back to back i perfer lee's taxi radio cab is horrible services

Really disappointed service.

I had waited for a cap more than an hour for 10 minutes distances with a car. I could get to my destination by walking. Let's assume that making a customer to wait for long time is ok. I was surprised their poor attitude when I called back to check what was going on. I have used this company when I go to airport but not gonna use this anymore.

Poor service. They were late picking me up, driver had her boyfriend and child with her.

Horrible service. For one I tried to get a taxi today between 4 and 6 but no one would pick up even though it said the line was busy, it would just ring and ring. Been using radio taxi for the past 6 months and haven't really had trouble. Another fact is that they need to have the same price for all the drivers, some charge more some charge less, won't know until they pick you up.

Radio Cab has been around 50yrs and i dnt know about the 1st 40 bt for the last 10yrs i hve been a frequent passenger and i have never had any problems. I hve several collegues that ride with them to and from work, my kids as well as their friends ( UA College students ) ride with radio often whether its just bar/club hopping, going to parties or watever other non-sense point is they always bring my babies bck hme safe. They take of you when they know you are drunk, if u have groceries, luggage, clothes or anything, They help tote from where your pick up point is to the cab and when they drop u off they help tote your belongings from cab to your door NOW ISN'TTHAT NICE???? I have always called radiocab services whenever I needed a place to go..unfourtunetly recently I called an hour &fifthteen minutes ahead of the time I had to go to work.I called several times to check on the cab and was told evrytime he was on his way at first it was twenty mins then ten ..then he was on riverroad..to he just dropped someone off,he will be there in ten mins.I had to go to work at four.The lady told me this ten minutes before then.The driver arrived with a passenger in the back and I was almost twenty minutes late for work.I told him I was cancelling the service&that it was unnacceptable timing.I was past upset.I could have called another cab service to come for me &i would have been to work on time.Not to mention this happened twice.I believe I may take my services elsewhere because their not dependable.I would try to keep my customers seeing how it our money that makes their checks.cab #48 the guy with the hat,always courteous dependable,that's why i try to request him when I do call.and an elderly lady with a hat very sweet.anyways I called another cab service to come get me after I turned them down

I had heard bad things about this cab company, and they were verified when I tried to get a ride from them. I only tried them when the other two companies that I tried didn't answer. I needed them here AT 4:00, the lady was polite and said they'd send someone at 3:50. It got to be 4:15 and nobody showed up. I walked 2.5 miles to the bus station because I had to be there by 5:00 or end up missing my flight from Birmingham. At least I didn't have to pay some lazy cabbie for a late pickup, if they showed up at all.
