I would give fewer attests if possible. Had to take off work 3 times in 2 weeks and still did not recurve any relief of my back pain. Only wanted me to come back 3 more times over the next 3 weeks. Dr didn't explain anything. Acted like he was annoyed by my presence and would not listen to a word I said. Best way to describe dr. Spruill is he was a complete dick. Told them I rather be in pain than deal with spinecare of Tuscaloosa.

I have been a patient of Dr. Spruill's for over 19 years. And, during my long history of being one of his chronic, pain-management patients, I can honestly say that, he is the kindest, most understanding, and above all, most experienced pain care doctors, that I have ever had the great fortune of meeting! He has truly been a godsend, as far as I, and my pain are concerned! Also, he has an absolutely wonderful staff of Nurses, working hand-in-hand with him! Each one of them, that has ever treated me, in any capacity, has been 100% qualified in their positions! They are always warm, and welcoming in their demeanor, and appear truly concerned with my well being, and completely dedicated to improving my overall condition! Over the years of being treated by Dr, Spruill, and his staff, I have come to appreciate, and rely on them as more than just my Pain care doctor, and his staff! To me, they are my irreplaceable support system, and my front line of defense, in my fight against chronic pain

Bad experience. Doctor did not explain anything to me. He was in a rush every time. The physical therapy I was put through extended my healing process by months. If you have a pulled tendon or muscle beware. Coming here made things much worse. And when I kept complaining that the pain was getting worse the doctor refused to see me. He said " No futher recommendations" I do not recommend this doctor !
