My 2 & 4 yr old grand kids go there. The older 2's is a great class. The teacher is well educated and cares about the children. She has learned a lot in that class. My 4 yr is a different story. The pre-k class is a joke. Teachers are inconsiderate and could care less if she is there. They never speak to her or us when we are dropping off. She had no problems at any other facility until we came here. They always manage to take away or send her home when they have parties or special events. Once she watched her friends have a Easter egg hunt and then the teacher divided her eggs she brought with all the kids and she didn't get ONE!!!(WRONG SHE IS 4) There is no communication with parents. I was not told to bring a gift for my child to exchange . Today after the party the teacher asked if I had forgot to bring a gift for her I said just a min I have one in the car. She said" We exchanged gifts this morning and she was good with just watching" REALLY. That is cruel. They always say " can I pray with you/" I believe in prayer but at least act like your a christen and care. I don't think the staff is qualified to run and teach these children. We wont be back.

Most disgusting repulsive place ever. They abused my child and never once took responsibility. I took her to the doctor and got a child abuse report etc - they were investigated and no violation was found. Jeff above and I are not the only people this has happened too. Stay away from this disgusting place, they are solely out for money and could care less about the well being of ANY child they watch. Rudy And CJ Bond should be ashamed to support such a sadistic manipulative cultish entity that people entrust their children to.

Do not trust Kidz R Life to take care of your children! The staff is undertrained and management does not even pretend to care enough to try improve any issues. Our son was bit 7 times within 2 months. We knew management doesn’t respond well to issues, so we tried to only deal with his teachers. They told us after most of the incidents that our son had not done anything to instigate the bite. We were also told that they tried to tell management that they needed more teachers for the size of the class, but their concern was ignored. When my wife asked the assistant director if she realized our son had been bit 7 times she claimed she didn’t. She said they don’t tell biter’s parents, which isn’t true and if it is then it would be a neglectful policy. She scoffed at my wife and called our son “a little bully”. She later denied this happened. The assistant director’s daughter is the director, and they are members of the church, so there is a huge conflict of interest!

Putting 5 starts just so that my review would show. I paid 110$ for administration fees and the next day found out I had to relocate jobs and was unable to use them called to let her know and said I couldn't have my money back even though it hadn't been long that paid for the spot and I'm sure they could get that spot filled quickly. Thought that was pretty crappy for a "Christian" church to do. But whatever I did not feel comfortable with the teachers or anyone else there. Teachers were very lazy in the infant rooms. Didn't even get up to introduce themselves to me. (Rude) will not EVER take my child there.
