Horrible service. Sent package next day air on May 13. The customer asked to have it intercepted to a different delivery address. I have made numerous calls, been placed on hold, had 3 calls dropped, was told someone would call me back but never received a call.
Customer decided to go to the original address at 7:15 AM to wait for the package and was told the driver attempted delivery at about 8:55.
I have been trying unsuccessfully to find out where the package can currently be found, but the most I ever get is someone will call me in an hour.
I would give this facility 0 stars if that was an option.

Was expecting a package, and 8 days have passed since shipped, so I check shipper site and click on tracking number only to find that it was out for delivery six days ago and written that customer requested HOLD FOR PICKUP?????? Then further, same day customer requested it again?????? Customer has never received a notice or anything, so basically I call and find that it went out on the wrong truck for delivery, so this is what they wrote.????? I do not care for dishonesty.

Sorry Customer Service and No Consideration for peoples packages!!
Driver Never delivers our packages to our home, always another house on the street. But the one time he did this past Saturday, threw the package on our front porch. Harley handle bars slide out of box across front porch and scratched them to hell.
WTH?
Where do they get these people that could care less about packages of other peoples, what if we treated your things like that?
Then last night we paid overnight to get something to us, NO PACKAGE.
Driver claimed Emergency conditions. We live in the city on a paved curbed road with no Bad conditions.
Now the next day, past the overnight that we paid for, the package will be here sometime this evening??
Seller said by 3pm, HAHA.
I am going to start requesting ONLY FEDEX

few weeks ago I had two packages that had already been in the mail for aweek Tracking say it made it to dallas and on the way to tyler disapeard. Twice, Ok now I have two packages that made it to tyler texas and they wont let me come to the depot to pick them up and I have been waiting 7 days for a dilivery. up there they are at the door. naw they left one package at the terminal, first theysaid there is no other package, wrong again. I cornered the delivery man on the front pourch. hehe nope that didnt help he said he didnt know what was going on at the terminal everything was messed up. he looked like a cat with a pit bull staring in his face. all I can say is buyer be ware

I wonder what the hiring processes of working in Customer Service is at this location. I wonder if it's only accepting the most useless and lazy individuals. I got a notice on my door stating the package had no secure delivery. Which I don't mind, except by the fact that they never had an issue leaving my packages by my door any other time. I followed the instructions on the notice and called the number. I went through the automatic process by UPS over the phone to have them call me (UPS states this will take less than a hour). I waited a hour and twenty minutes, then called UPS back. This time I got avhold of an agent. This agent alerted me that this location KNEW I called, and claimed they called and alerted me. They did not. The agent followed this up by putting ANOTHER request for them to call me. I waited over ANOTHER HOUR, which to no surprise, I got no call. So I call the number on the back AGAIN, to have an agent get a hold of them. The agent stated they said I could come between 7:30pm and 8:30pm to pick up the package. So I drove to Tyler from Athens (40 minutes), to only find out there is no package waiting for me, and no one to help me. One gentleman tried to help me, but he wasn't customer service and the package wasn't laid out or anything. I never have put this much effort in my life to pick up a package. This is just pathetic.

WORST customer service / customer experience ever. I had an Amazon package that was correctly addressed to my house. For some reason, the driver decided of his own accord that I had moved and did not deliver it and did NOT leave a notice that they had attempted to deliver it. Then, before I could even call them, they somehow found an address for me that was more than 2 years old, slapped that on their, again of their own accord, without waiting for verification from me, and shipped the package there to God knows who. Then, they refused to go back and retrieve the package for 4 days. I still don't have my package, and this has cost me money as it was something I needed for a project for my business. NEVER use UPS!!!!!!!!!!

Berryville Texas may be small but we do not appreciate your driver on 5-9-17 at approximately 9:45 p.m. running through our community like a bat out of bell, the stop signs are put up for a reason. Train your drivers what a stop sign means.

We ordered a testing item my daughter needed for a test in Dallas for her school. We selected 2 day delivery. After 4 days of it not being here, I called. They said my address was invalid. UPS has been delivering to my house for years. I confirmed the address and was assured it would be on the truck the next morning. I was alsi fiven the opportunity to drive to their facility to pick it up, but they are 1.5 hours away. I just had surgery and it would be dangerous for me to be on the road. So, that was out of the question. So, I was assured it would be del8vered the next day. It was not. My daughter needed it Thursday because of leaving for Dallas early the next morning from the school. I called again Thursday night and they said it was still at their pick up counter. So, I was assured it would be on the truck Friday morning. Well, records showed he tried to deliver it at 7:25 pm and could not find the house. I don't believe it. But, since I have someone come pick us up to take my stepson to his mothers for the weeekend, I was not there. I do know GPS directions are not right for our address. I tried to explain that to them over and over again and it was falling on deaf ears. So, here it is Monday, a week later and I finally got someone to give the driver the correct directions and my number and they just called to assure me I am his next stop. We will see. But, the damage is done. My daughter did not have the right testing supplies and she was not able to take the test and failed. 50% of the grade was being prepared. Having all supplies. This was a custom order and had to be shipped in. It was supposed to be here last week on Monday which was plenty of time before leaving for Dallas. Now, here it is a week later on Monday and supposed to be there within the hour. I have never had trouble with them before and this is B.S.

I had to change delivery from Whitehouse, TX to Troup, TX (all of 10 miles) and I would have had to pay an additional $18.00. Really? For something so close? Will end up having daughter pick up her bday gift in Tyler. I also couldn't understand the agent and asked for a Supervisor. Was on hold over 5 mins when I 'Lost Reception". What a joke.

Customer service is absolute crap if non-existent. Gave time for driver to return. Came back for the 2nd time in a day, an hour and a half after the time I was told, to wait twenty minutes to be acknowledged. Was then told driver would be another half an hour. What a complete joke.

Had only had one bad experience with UPS before I moved to Tyler, Tx. But since moving here, the last previous deliveries from UPS to my home I've ended up havoling to call them and ask them to hold it because they seemingly can't my house on Chestnut St. (1/2 mile long); even though I have an address assigned to me by the 911 system, my home LITERALLY butts up to the street and I have a mailbox with 3 BIG numbers on both sideS and I've repeatedly called and told them I am the second house to the left down my street. This is THE WORST ups sytem I have ever had and what's worse is I have no ability to decide who I want to ship something I order by. Never had any trouble with Fedex or U.S. postal service.

What a joke--called them and they told me to put up my dogs! I don't have any dogs in my yard!! I told them they are at the wrong house. I told them that they deliver to my house all the time. She said that I had a new driver today! Great, rookies! And, I paid extra for 1-day delivery. Guess that was a waste! Yes, I'm a little ticked!!!!!!!!!

i have waited all day for three packages that say are out for delivery since about 7am today. well i just received a message stated "SORRY WE MISSED YOU". what do you mean i have been home all day so you need to check with this driver because they did not attempt to deliver anything here. i would really like to talk to a supervisor because this is the craziest thing ever. my husband came home from work thinking i had my packages because they were my christmas/birthday gifts from him. i'm home have been all day not going anywhere anytime soon just make sure you are at the right house because you didn't come here maybe it was to cold or you were tired i dont know but you didn't stop here not today.

Omg. These people an customer service don't match. Lost a package of mines. Drivers even told on who did it. Saying their new. Obvioisly delivered to wrong address. Open an investigation. Three months still an they cannot give me an answer on when why an where. Other words we don't care. Driver lies an say he delivered it there. Everything I order make it to my home. Even after this item. I call customer service 1800 #. They have reps lying saying things to get you off the phone. Talk to a manager an they tell me whoever said that was wrong because its not on protocol. Now I'm getting the run around. They can't tell me info on the status. Only the shipper can tell me. So its like I spent my money an I'm not included in what's going on??????? Stay away from UPS. Sad to say to to be so big there is NOOOO professionalism in this corporation. I will pay double the amount shipping before I EVER USE THIS CARRIER AGAIN!!!!!!! DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR........

NEVER ON TIME

This service is ridiculous! Numerous times I've paid for packages to be expedited yet only to receive it days passed the projected date. Thank God for tracking numbers or they would probably deny receiving it. The office workers are rude and the drivers are too lazy to deliver the packages that have been loaded on the truck. Then if you are fortunate to receive your package , don't worry you don't have to be home to sign for it to ensure ownership-they will just leave it on the porch or on the ground unattended. FED EX HERE I COME!

If I could put zero stars I would. I have never received my packages from here on time. And when it did come it went to my next door neighbors house instead of mine. We've had lost things too, and when you call to inquire about your stuff, they either don't answer the phone or tell you to fill an investigation with the sender. Even though they're the ones that misplaced it! So irritating! Worst carriers ever...
