I went to Bill Binns Machine Shop and was impressed with the knowledge of his employees. I took in my truck for an EGR cooler, paid less than what I was quoted, and got my truck back before my deadline. Knowledgeable and trustworthy business.

Was told this shop is great, FALSE! Despite all the phone calls to them and stopping by, they could not seem to give me a call back to let me know they couldnt do my engien. Leaving me stuck for too long without know what was up. They finally told me when i called pissed off about the situation, would have been nice to know earlier. Mybe there work is great but not customer service
