I had a terrible experience with this store which backs up the one review someone wrote about illegal distribution of phones. I went and purchased a phone and I tried to activate it and they told me the serial number could not be activated and the serial number on the box needed to be scanned. I went back to see if they could rescan the box and the vendor lied to me saying he did when he was not the one who originally sold me the phone. I got virgin mobile on the phone to speak to them and the rep on the phone kept asking who they were and they conveniently did not name their store so after that he went in the back and talked with the other workers and talked amongst themselves. They then proceeded to ask me if I wanted another phone lol I said no and got my refund. I went to target and got the same phone but the thing is I think the phone I purchased from them was not legit. The one from target is a totally different color and it includes a SD card something the one from the store did not have and the font on the boot up screen was different than the one I got from target. Do not buy from this store something fishy is going on and they can't be trusted. The top review saying the others are full of crap is either lying or misinformed.

Ifoun tdhe others were, untrue...

I found the others were, untrue, false and full of S*** with their ratings and comments. I loved this store and was very happy with the services received! My daughter and I look forward to furthering our business relationship with all who work and own this store.

Thank you all for your services!

This "business" (loosely termed because it is an undercover scam operation) is illegal, deceptive, unprofessional. The owners are liars. They lie about everything from the product to their names. I took an Iphone 3GS there to have it unlocked and configured for data and mms. They charged $25 for that when previously I was promised a price of $15. Then after the phone not holding a charge, I took it there thinking it was the battery. They charged me to replace the battery and not only put in the wrong battery but charged me $40 when the apple store told me that under no circumstances should an Iphone have the battery replaced or parts removed. The battery didn't work. I got no refund. I then bought a $675 unlocked Samsung Galaxy Note II. The phone was not only defective but it was illegitimately sold (translation: STOLEN) and was an international model not made in the United States. This was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I discovered this by attempting to register the phone with Samsung and get technical support. I was told that the serial number was not recognizable and that it was NOT a US made phone and that support would be in the country of origin. The box for the phone was in French. I was then told by Samsung to contact Samsung in United Kingdom. Upon speaking to a supervisor at Samsung USA who explained to me the item was defective, a three way called was made to the store to one of the employees (Shaki or "James") who not only lied about the phone not being defective but questioned the phone performing certain functions that he nor the owner nor other employees knew the phone even had. The Samsung supervisor then proceeded to tell them that the phone was defective and had to be serviced or replaced. Being it that it is an international model, the store was to send it through their dealer. The employee didn't even have a dealer or contact individual from whom they purchased the phone. When I went into the store to request a refund, I was met with a nasty response from the owner (Waseem?) who refused to refund me or even service the phone. I am filing a law suit. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS FRAUDULENT IRREPUTABLE SHAM OF A BUSINESS! BEWARE! I wouldn't even give this business ONE star but was forced to in order to submit this review. They are rude, unprofessional, discourteous and disrespectful.
