I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! The inspector missed several key problems and when confronted about it, he said you'll have that and that he wasn't a certified electrician. now i'm having to pay several of hundreds out of my pocket for mistakes that he didn't catch! I believe that the company should stand behind their inspectors and if something is missed, they should take the responsibility and cover the cost. That is why a company has insurance! I will make sure that anyone i come into contact with that is purchasing a home, doesn't use this company. I'll make sure to tell everyone i know what an irresponsible company it is.
