I was looking online for an older 2-door RAV4 and came across an AutoTrader ad from this dealer. I talked to a saleman about the car and asked if financing was even possible due to the car's high mileage. After a couple of days of "no, we can't finance it", "oh wait, yes we can", "no, I guess we can't", I was resigned to just pay cash. But I asked that the car be sent to another dealership to be inspected (paid for by me). This is especially important since I would be purchasing the car from another state (AZ) and could not see the car myself. Was told that wouldn't be a problem. Five days of calling them everyday and hearing "oh, we've been busy so I couldn't get the car over there yet". Finally I called to ask them if they were even interested in selling the car to me. Was told that the boss said they would not take the car to the other dealer for inspection. I wasn't worth the bother. These guys are the epitome of the "used car dealership". Buyer beware.
