Literally just moved into a new house and a recent wind storm (50 mph winds) damaged the old-style flashing and shingles on one side of the roof. Checked around for other roofers but Roger, BMR Contracting owner, was the most responsive. Made an appointment and he was at my house the next day before I was and waiting for me. Was very personable, informative, helpful and easy to talk to. Have dealt with other local contractors for other projects in the very recent past and have never felt as comfortable with them as I did with Roger. Since I could not afford an entire new roof, he explained to me what he would be repairing and how it would get done. The color of the current roof shingles is no longer available. So he took it upon himself to located and purchased the necessary shingles that would still look good with the older shingles so there wouldn't be such a striking color difference. More bad weather was moving in and he said he'd have the repairs done the following day before the rain/snowstorm hit and he did. He didn't leave me hanging or wondering. He and his crew got the job done on time and they cleaned up my front lawn too. Nice. Price was good and fair and Roger even took a little off the total. Buying a new house is expensive enough so I appreciated his willingness to work with me a little on the repair cost. An honest, decent person and a good company that does a lot more than just roofing. When I am ready for that new roof, he'll get the job. Thanks BMR.

BMR Contracting responded immediately to a water leak in my house. They new who to contact and were able to help settle a claim with my insurance company. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing or heating jobs.
