      Look no further for excellence!!

      If you are planning a wedding or any event look no further than Vail Catering Concepts. We hired Chef Eric Berg to cater our daughter+s wedding and we could not have been more pleased with the quality,creativity, and the preparation of the food. The presentation and the service were outstanding. Many of our guests were from New York City and very familiar with fine cuisine. They ALL raved about the food! Eric did everything he promised and more. I don+t have enough words to adequately praise Chef Eric and his staff for the wonderful job they did. Our whole family is indebted to them for making our daughter+s wedding so very special. Thank you Eric!!! You are truely gifted!!

      Vail Catering Concepts, Inc., offers dinner parties, gallery and artist receptions, corporate events, weddings, client/employee appreciation receptions, personal chef services. Head Chef Mr. Eric Berg says, "I generally like to use organic when available, free-range, wild and all natural meats and poultry, and fresh produce and products is preferred, not frozen. All of this delivers the best tasting food for you. Your food is made to order. I don't make huge batches ahead of time and freeze it. That way it tastes the best for you!"
