a competitor did an inspection and reported more damaged areas of sub flooring and water damage.

Very poor business practice of contacting customers by telephone after four months saying they were not paid and requesting a copy of a cancelled check or other proof of payment or they would turn the account over for collection. Since this occurred in a senior living development I pity any seniors that get a scam by this company into paying twice, The matter was cleared up and explained away that their technicians were so busy they get accounts mixed up and that in fact the bill was paid. I wonder if they are that busy how accurate or thorough their reports are?
