I've been going to Broadway station to mail packages for at over 10 years now. It's Service is top notch, friendly and super convenient for me because she's only a few blocks from my home, it's rare that I ever have to wait, and if I do it's usually only a couple of minutes. I love this little locally owned small business!

Who are the people paying money to rent mail boxes here?!?!?!?!?! Today was my first experience at Broadway Station (trust me, this place is an EXPERIENCE for all). Dirty shag carpet, peoples mail and packages all over the floor, dust, dirt, CATS, garbage, food and most of all, the woman who works there is a complete NUT! Earlier in the day I faxed 11 pages to a long distance number at Postal Annex for $9.50. I faxed the same 11 pages to the same number at Broadway Station for $19.00! While paying the lady (who must have been balancing on all the s**t all over the floor) I told her that I faxed the same packet for $9.50 at PA. Then she went on and on about how her prices are fair and everyone else thinks they are great.... blah blah blah.... I said "I'm not going to argue with you about it, I'm just telling you. I just wont come here next time" Somehow she was very offended and glared at me out the window until I drove away. This place must at least be a fire hazard. I don't know how someone could sit in such chaos all day. Or maybe that's how she turned into such a "peach".
