This was the WORST kids place I have eEVER been to. Kids peeing in the ball pits, bloody noses, the staff always looks like they want to cry. The owners..man, do they ever smile?? Doubt it.I feel sorry for the staff. No wonder no one stays long. Every time we fall in love with a staff member or instructor, they are gone. I wonder why? Maybe the owners should develop some personailtys and try actually being kind people instead of greedy, mean, rude people. And the swim director. She is not very bright and kind of slow. Not someone I want teaching my children! They need to learn how to treat people with kindness. Anytime I have ever had a problem, they come up with some lame excuse and they never own up to their mistakes. It's always some staff memberts fault. NOT, they don't make you be rude. Your rude on your own! If they were actually nice people, maybe they would actaully keep staff!! P.S the purple, is HORRIBLE what were you thinking???
