This Post Office helped the Centennial for the Vermont Boy Scouts by lending up a book of information for the "art work" style for a "dated cancellation" for the event in April 24, 2010. Boy Scouts of America has been from 1910 to 2010 and a large amount of scouts were in Lake Champlain's Vt. Button Bay State Park. The "leaders" of the Post Office (women) worked on the multi-tasks to get the artwork from me to be approved in Washington, DC and the "gifting" of envelopes of various kinds, folders to hold the completed work by them, etc. for the BSA. People only had to spend 44 cents! Everyone enjoyed them. The worked on a porch of a log cabin a busy 3 hours. At the end of their business a scout leader (my husband) gave them a wooden piece of artwork--a copy of the main entrance doorway for the BSA--to thank them and remind them of the event. They were delighted. Thank you US Post Office for your great staff and their addition to the camporee.
