Always on time seeing me...does not look for expensive treatment of patients...very cordial office...easy parking....pricing is very reasonable...very satisfied with the work performed.

Absolutely the worst experience. Procedure was performed that I did not give consent to and didn't find out it was done until I got denial statement from insurance because they don't cover that service. I let that go because the office took responsibility for it. Big mistake...they then told me I needed scaling done and that it was definitely covered by my insurance. Which is true....if, IF, I actually needed it. The dental advisory committee at the insurance found that I did not at all need scaling. I get cleanings very regularly and the fact that I needed scaling surprised me greatly. I unfortunately took them at their word. I called the office and the office staff told me "too bad, you owe that money" and also called me names and hung up the phone on me. I contacted the insurance company who informed me this dental office was breaking their contract which states that if they perform a procedure which the insurance company dental advisory board finds unnecessary, the patient is in no way responsible for payment. The unprofessionalism and the abuse of "treatments" in this office is pathetic for a practicing dentist.

I would say that there is a friendly and welcoming approach here. They helped me choose a custom mouth guard and usually I just go in for cleanings. I have had a few fillings as well. Dr. Panella has a sense of humor and is good at what he does.

What I like most about the Dental Health Center is that they are very gracious with the billing, straight forward, and extremely friendly.

I had to make an emergency visit to see Dr. Panella and his staff they got me in right away and took care of me immediately. I sat for about 10 min filling out paperwork and when i was done they took me right back. The girls were very nice and so was Dr.Panella he took very good care of me gave me immediate relief and sent me home with some antibiotics...I went back 4 wks later to get the 2nd part of a root canal he did a wonderful job I didn't feel a thing. I can't stress enough at how friendly and professional the staff and the Doc were it was a great experience and I'm actually switching to him as my dentist. Also the cost was in my budget and my budget is pretty low haha...I hope this helps have a great day!
