overall its a good gym.. but i have to say some of the trainers are not as friendly as they should be. and at time its a very show off place.. people such as me that is a big girl feels very insecure about the some of the employess behave.. if you lost any client or decrease in membership you should address certain staff members

I am very happy with my choice in gym. My friends and family recommended it to me and I was not disappointed. The class instructors are some of the best and the staff is very polite. The price was also a great selling point for me. You also have to love the bright green it motivates you to work out.

best fitness center in town. Staff very polite and respectful to my needs. Great atmosphere and the equipment is elite. Best part memberships wont break the bank and everything is clean.
