I have been here for licence renewal. I had no so good experience here . The guy which verifies the documents for licence/immigration is the dumbest and don’t want to put any effort to help. He told me first to go home as immigration system is down , then when i told him i have came driving from far then he says okay let me try. What does that mean? Saying System is slow be patient is one thing and saying system is down go home is just disrespectful for anyone who has come for your service. He just didn’t wanted to work for my case and he made data entry error twice. With all the discomfort and ignorance that this office caused me that guy was not even courteous to say sorry. I felt being treated differently just because i am an immigrant.
