Very expensive with poor results. First - do not expect to be in the chair at your scheduled time. I normally have to wait 15-20 minutes before I am even in the chair. I also noticed the unorganization and if you have been there you know what I mean. On my 3rd and last visit I went in to get my hair lightened to one color. I was told that they would have to strip my hair and they suggested doing foils instead. I agreed to do this because they said it's healthier for my hair. I ended up with foils all over the crown of my head but nothing underneath. So instead of having my entire head lightened, I had a large patch of dark hair uderneath with a mass of multi-colored highlights on top. No blending. It didn't look natural. Next was the hair cut. I have long layers that were completely disconected a.k.a chopped. I was told by everyone working there how beautiful my hair came out. I guess that's one way to justify the prices they charge.
