Our move was scheduled for 9am Saturday. At 9:30am, we called the proprietor who said that we were on the schedule for 9am and that he would contact his driver. He called back saying he couldn’t get ahold of the driver. I asked him to update me when he hears from the driver, and he agreed.

We called him back every 30-45 minutes for the next 5 hours with no answer. We would have left a message, but the voicemail inbox was full.

THEY NEVER CALLED US BACK, and we had to rent a u-haul the next day and call in some friends to help. Stay far away from this company.

I have used JP & his company on several occassions, used him with my business and also with a couple of my personal moves. Have even referred him to family and friends and everyone seem to have something pleasant and wonderful to say about him. Once again, i thank him and his company. God bless!

We were scheduled for an 11 am pick up from a storage to an apartment in another city. The day of, I drove 3 1/2 hrs to the storage, sent pics only to get no response to text or calls until 1 1/2 hrs AFTER they were supposed to be there. After talking and working through some things, he promised to be there the next day, so instead of driving back 3 1/2 hrs, I decided to get a hotel room. The next morning I called, since I didn't get the phone call JP promised to give when they were on their way, and got no answer. No one answered any of my calls or text, and do I even need to say it?? NO ONE SHOWED UP....AGAIN!! Very unprofessional. They were actually recommended to me. I will be spreading the word about this place.

Stay FAR away from this company! They damage all your stuff and then you never hear from them again. JP claims he is talking to his insurance agent and that he's never filed a claim (because he never files one). Here we are and haven't had anything fixed and haven't received a dime from JP. He is a horrible person. I moved across the country recently and even the guy that moved my stuff this time around was talking about how horrible of a reputation JP has and knew exactly who he was. BEWARE. Oh and he will quote you one price and somehow at the end of the job the price triples.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE 5 STARS I WOULD !!! FIRST OFF THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! AND LIARS!!!! DO NOT USE THEM EVEN IF THEY ARE FREE!!!!
First off, they have a nice professional card that states free supplies!!!! FIRST LIE!!! I called the guy and spoke w/ a JP (owner i guess) we had a nice conversation told me it would be $115 an hour somewhere a long the line he decided that i needed an additional guy and increased my price without discussing it with me! Told me to leave my things in the dresser because they shrink wrap, OH WHICH BY THE WAY HE DID NOT STATE THAT WAS A CHARGE! So, the guys showed up LATE, there was no discount then started telling me about these hidden fees of the wrap and gas and increased price! I called the owner and he said he would remove the gas and the wrap price, oh so since he removed it, they didnt shrink wrap anything. The guys moved slow as molasses, took breaks when they wanted to, ON MY DIME needless to say, it was a disaster and that was just the tip of the iceburg! Worst company ever! If he is listed on BBB, i will be leaving a comment there as well!!!

I just had a move done on November the 4th... I wished I read the reviews before I went with this company. I also had broken items...missing glass table... along with other damages. JP seems like he was sincere but was not. I called and called no answer. I paid $400 dollars for this move. They brought a small truck...they never wrapped anything... this company does not care about the damages they do to your furniture....it is truly a joke to them. They tell you.. your insured but no proof of that!!! This company is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life...very unprofessional! JP still has yet to return my call or answer!! He will definitely reap what he sees. I advise anyone don't get got like me!!! They do not care about your furniture!!! I regret it everyday I went with them.

They arrived 5 hrs late. Original schedule was for 2 they arrived at 730pm. No boxes or bubble wrap for packing. They broke my new bed rail and headboard. The guy refused to take pictures and said he would call the owner to reimburse me. 4 days later I had to tell them I would take them to court. The owner JP cursed me out, was very rude and taunted me that he would not pay for his workers' damage to my property and threatened me to try and do something about it or to him. It was no pleading with him. He laughed and told me to take him to court. Please do not use or you will be sorry. JP is one shady dude.

I agree with all of the bad comments there below! Negative stars is what they need! Very poor communication! There're suppose to come to move us Friday the 3rd of July but never came. They called at 3 when they were already late and said they would be a few hours late but didn't hear from them again until 8 pm and wanted to move us then. It was raining and our storage closes at 9. So they agreed to do it the next day and arrived on time then but when they moved our stuff in they cause damages to our 4 day old house!! Have been told I would get compensation and damages correct have yet to see this so called owner!! DON'T EVER USE THEM!! If you use a company that hires movers for you make sure it's not this company because that's what happened to us!!

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I was moving a mile away in norfolk on Saturday 5/31. They are a RIP of and whoever the owner or manager is, is extremely rude. First off the truck came 2 hours late. Being a patient person I said it was ok and they began moving my belongings. They looked around and I actually had very few things to move compared to others and they said they would be out in 30 minutes. They went to move my desk which would not fit through the door opening. It is a very easy to desk to take apart but THEY FORGOT THEIR TOOLS WHICH ON THE PHONE I SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF THEY HAD. They tried to maneuver it around corners and in the process scratched up all the walls. They took atleast an extra 45 minutes doing this. Finally, they took of the hinges on a door(with my help and my screw driver). We went to my new apartment and they unloaded everything but they went an hour over the time they said they would take. Then when they finished they charged me for all the extra time they required because they forgot their tools. Then I talked to whoever the low life manager is for this company and he threatened that if I wanted anything to be taken off he would charge me 100 DOLLARS for taking of the door to get my desk out. This is a terrible company and I hope they read this review and realize how awful they are. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from these movers in the future and I know several friends including myself who will be moving in the future.

The guys who do the actual moving are very careful with belongings and very helpful. However, JP is a whole other story. He came to our house the week before the move, walked around asking questions as to what they would be moving and writing stuff down. He quoted us a flat rate price for 5 hours and then a price for each additional hour. When moving day came, the truck that showed up would in no way hold our belongings that were being moved, and we had given away some that were included in the quote. One of the men who works for him gave him a call when I explained that the truck would not work, and JP was supposed to send another truck. The first truck was then loaded, and ready to go to the new address, without a second truck showing up. The truck was unloaded and still no second truck. I just had the first truck head back to load again, and to have the second truck cancelled. Well, the second trip was still not enough, and they had to make a third trip. It ended up being 3 hours past the 5 hour flat rate period. At the time for payment, I was informed that their credit card machine was down and an alternate form of payment would be needed. Nice time to be informed of that. JP took $100 off of our bill for the extra 3 hours that was the companies fault. All of our belongings would have been able to be packed up and unloaded in the 5 hours had the right size truck been sent. On top of that, to move our fridge out of the house, the handles had to be removed. When they were reassembled, the handles were broken. We called and spoke with JP about this issue and he made an appt to meet with us on Sat. January 24th at 10:00am to look at the fridge with a courtesy call before to confirm....10:00am came and went with no call and no JP. We called him and he said he would need another hour and he would meet us at 11:00am as he was busy right then.....well it is now January 30th and we are still waiting for JP to show up or at least give us a phone call. I will never refer anyone to this company. The movers are respectful and courteous, but JP is very unprofessional and dishonest!!!

This company quoted me $300 dollar flat rate to move my stuff in my apt and my stuff in my storage to my new house. We discussed this on the phone then I later signed the contract for what I needed done which stated this. Once the movers finished moving my house stuff they said they needed to call the manager to c if they could move the other stuff. Long story short they moved 2 tubs, 1 king size bed, 1 crib, 1 armoir, 2 dressers and a night stand from my apt to my new house. Everything already disassembled. And no reassembly. Grand total $360. They moved the stuff exactly 10 minutes away. Gas $60 which was a hidden fee on top of their flat rate $300. They didn't touch the 3 things I had in my storage although it was in the contract.



I told the owner I wasn't going to give him all the money unless he followed through with his contract but the owner ended up telling the workers he would take it out of theirs if I didn't pay all the money. So I paid the money, I'm not trying to let the workers pay for his mess up.



Definitely do not use this company. JP was the guy I talked to.

On Friday afternoon I decided ...

I'm giving them 2 stars because I used them for moving services and were good (called when they were going to be late). I called them again a week later to do some lawn service and they scheduled me for a few days later. They said they'd call to confirm and and never did. I called to confirm, they said they'd have someone call back. Never did. I called again and left a message and never heard from them again.

I got a written estimate on 7/...

I got a written estimate on 7/10/11 for the movers to move my stuff for $1400.00. On this estimate, it clearly states "We accept certified checks and credit card," which it also says on their ad on this website. Upon arrival at my new home in Texas on 8/11/11, they told me that there would be an additional charge of $200.00 because I had a 3rd floor apartment. That is understandable, but I think they should have told me that upfront rather than waiting until they already had my stuff in Texas. They also refused to honor their estimate and advertisement by refusing to take my credit card. Since I have not yet gotten a paycheck from my new job, I did not have cash available, so they told me that if I didn't get them the $900.00 in cash within an hour or 2 that they were going to leave Texas with my stuff. I had to go get a cash advance on my credit card and borrow the additional $200.00 to pay them. Also, when I first got the estimate, they stated that the price included setup of everything in my new home, which they failed to do. They left all the furniture wrapped in plastic. The couch was not put together, all the pieces of it were just strewn about the living room. They did not hook up the washer and dryer. I did not see this until I got home from work because my roommate was the one home at the time they delivered the stuff, so upon coming home from work, I called them to inquire as to when they would be setting up my house as they had said the price included for them to do. I reached voicemail, and as of the time I am writing this, I have still not heard back from them.
