This sorry company is not this great company they say they are. They first tell you they'll call you a day before to tell you when they will deliver your furniture and they never call. I called them and they gave me a FOUR HOUR WINDOW of when they will POSSIBLY deliver sour furniture. So I call them to make sure I understood correctly. The representative says they call an hour ahead so they can let you know someone may be there within the hour but non of its guaranteed they will be there when they get there. What kind of business is this and why is a major company like Grand furniture using such unreliable services. I have a real job I can't just leave my job and sit at home for 4 hours and hope someone shows up at my house.
