Dave and his crew did everything they said they would and more. Showed up at 6 am on a Saturday in the middle of August and replaced our HVAC unit that had been down for 5 days. We were back in business by noon. Neat, professional and very knowledgable' we have a new HVAC service provider that we can trust and depend on.

We have been customers of Dave's for over 10 years. Dave is very professional, knowledgeable, always provides quick response time and outstanding service. He always diagnoses the problem immediately and correctly and their repair work lasts. His advice is always correct- two years ago we purchased a new heat pump system from him and weare thrilled with it. You cannot find a better HVAC company.+

Dave was recommended by a friend that he had completed some work for. I've had several hvac contractors come to my home and get paid while never really solving the problem. Hampton Roads HVAC spent about an hour and a half diagnosing the problem and offering various solutions. Dave performed work in three areas and we are now in a testing phase to determine if the problem has been solved or if the 20 year old system needs to be replaced. Previous contractors have tried to sell me a new system without really determining if that is the best course of action for the customer. Dave is friendly and personable and I highly recommend Hampton Roads HVAC.

I never really knew how poor a job the previous contractor did until Hampton Roads HVAC Service did my complete air conditioning and heating replacement. Dave is a professional and a perfectionist, which is not all that bad. He did the most professional job of any that I have seen. Even the City Inspector was impressed. He recommended the system that I got, and it was the best deal of the several that I had come out. I actually got more and it was till cheaper than the rest. We have been using our systems for over two years and love them. And yes, my bills went down. Dave was recommended by a good friend and I am happy that I went with him. I am hoping he will do a generator job for me now. Ernie in Virginia Beach
