I recently left active duty after more than 10 years of service in the Navy. I had little luck securing a job on my own and didn’t enjoy my experiences with larger job placement agencies. I would absolutely recommend The Honor Bridge to any military member who is separated (or separating) and fixed on where they will settle. Obviously, results will vary depending on where you live and what is available. After having received a "nope, there is nothing I can do where you're going" from Lucas Group, I was looking for employment on my own. The Honor Bridge's unique approach allows them to sell you to a company that may not want to hire anyone. If you have skill sets that employers want, they WILL get you talking with companies. I was hired by the first company I interviewed with, and for a fair amount higher than the standard rate for my area. The hiring process guidance provided for interviews and compensation negotiation was miles above anything I heard in TAP class (twice). In spite of the negative review above, a person would be a fool to not use the options available ... especially in today's challenging and competitive job market.
