This place is the place for storage. The managers working here were very welcoming, accommodating, knowledgeable and attentive to my storage needs. I was in a pinch for a storage space, somewhat apprehensive about renting because of a past security issue with my stuff... but once I met with the managers and toured the facility, my fears had subsided. This facility is secured starting at the gate (you need a code to enter). Additionally, the facility is under 24hr surveillance with cameras and lighting. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need.

I've repeatedly had the pleasure of doing business with jack rabbit storage - always professional, helpful, and kind plus a great deal. Moving stuff and looking for storage is pretty low on my list of fun activities, but they make it just about as pleasant as it could be. Highly recommended.

Easy access to this place - it's right off of the interstate exit. The people are super nice and competent. I also signed up and got my first month free (limited time offer)...this worked out great for me.

The attention to detail here is nothing short of amazing. Other places offered us discounted rates or special move in rates - but after checking the specials the advertisement was just to hook you in. Jack Rabbit offered us a special on a move in and it was the real price. No complaints so far. Thanks.

I called and chatted about getting a unit. I thought the price was too high, at first. A few minutes later the gentleman I talked to earlier called me back and offered me a free months rent. Good customer service and a good special is why I chose jack rabbit for storage.

The manager in the office was courteous and friendly. She answered all our questions. The office and the whole facility was neat, clean and well maintained. A coupe suggestions would be to give better incentives like a free truck rental after storing for so many months or a free month rental.

A pretty easy place to find and easier to drop off my furniture. The place has extended driveways so I pulled up the truck and backed it up to the garage door. Only one light in the place but it will do..could probably use two for this larger space (or I just missed it). Bottom line is right price and easy access....in and out.

We didn't have any luck with the first place that we stopped at - a larger storage facility - but we did have very good luck here. Jack Rabbit storage offered us a decent price on a good size unit, a locked rate for the year, a moving truck and best of all...the customer service was excellent (the first place had a hard time giving us answers to basic questions). We recommend checkng out this company, first, if you need storage.

First time using Jack Rabbit Storage to store my furniture. The person at the counter was so helpful and courteous. She showed me the storage space, offered some advice on wrapping and storing my items and just showed me around the lot. Very clean, very professional. A good place if you really need storage.

She answered all questions promptly and gave me all of the information I requested and more. She was very easy to work with; outstanding. I have been a customer and dealling with jack rabbit for over five years. I've moved in and out of my apartment twice now and each time these folks have been pretty good to me.
