Inability of staff to be able to operate/perform a refund without a receipt causing repeated returns to the store to have it done by a manager, thus wasting my time to travel back to a store when training of personnel appropriately could have avoided the situation.

The very worst customer service. The staff is great. However, the individual who calls himself the manager is rude, dismissive and completely unprofessional.
