Came in knowing pretty much what was wrong. The nurse got me right away, and whisked be back quickly, took my vitals and the doctor came in almost as soon as she walked out..Very clean, very friendly, doctor was great! So glad this place is nearby and I see one of the Internist for Bayview Phsicians also, so all my records were right there. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Place needs a thorough cleaning to say the least or at least the exam rooms. Nurse was nice & front desk were Ok, the Dr. needs some better bed side manners (Dr. Magno). I had to give a urine sample, the white pad you lay the bottle on had a lot of previous urine on it, but it didn't stop there. Exam room had something on the bottom of the bed frame, looked like someone either threw up or spilled something, and had a hair attached to it. The floor on the opposite side of that but close to the bed had something like urine or orange juice stain and & on portion of bed not covered by paper. Floor had a few mounds of hair & dust piles along & out from the walls. Looked like they may have swept at one time but forgot to clean it up. Step to get on the bed was filled with dirt and small pebbles. It was only 11:00 am this room should not look this bad & should have been cleaned. Dust piles along the wall is ridiculous. This is a doctors office for God's sake. I will never go there again!

The worst customer service experience ever! I was referred to this clinic by ny friend and I was so disappointed with the way they had treated me! Nurse had the nastiest attitude and been rude to me the first second I walked in..... this clinic is advertised as a walk in friendly clinic and should be happy to help everyone in need. After I stated I was referred nurse said "well next time go to your own doctor, we not supposed to help you we not your primary care". I was shocked because my insurance is acceptable there, it was supposed to be a walking "friendly" clinic...I don't understand why she would refuse to assist me..... being cofused of everything was going on that day she finally said we will take you at this time but you will need to follow up at a different place and not come here....I'm like what??

They were late on the paperwork..didn't want to fax papers to proper instance after I signed information release form. they didnt want to help me at all...the worst experience!!!

This was my go to place whenever I was sick or needed to see a doctor. I would actually come here to see Dr Chou instead of my regular doctor. But today I had to deal with a nurse named Bonnie. By far she was the rudest nurse I have ever come across. Bonnie... You should really reconsider your profession if this is how you interact with people because your horrible and beyond rude. This place was great until they hired you

My only complaint is that I did not find this place when they opened. Phenomenal! My daughter was bitten by a snake out of town and the ER said she needed follow up care and her regular physician was out of town. We were greeted by friendly helpful receptionists, ... in a room within 15 minutes...another friendly nurse took her vitals, and the PA was in within 10 minutes. This was the best experience I have ever had in any urgent care, ER, or doctors office. Will never go anywhere else!

I don't have health insurance, but I was compelled to seek medical attention due to a cardiac scare. For starters, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the fees were very reasonable, especially as compared to Emergency Room charges. I was seen right away and the care was terrific. I was seen by doctor Chou who is a fantastic physician. He examined me, answered my questions, made recommendations and put my fears to rest. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Chou and the staff. If you need non emergency medical attention. Go to this Urgent Care Center.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. Two and a half years ago, I broke my neck. Badly. I didn't have health insurance and for about 6 months after I broke my neck I was paying out of pocket for monthly care before being granted medicaid. The doctor I was currently seeing did not take medicaid and I was assigned to Dr. Chou. Best thing that could have happened to me. Dr. Chou is kind and very professional with an easy going sense of humor. He is very thorough without making it feel like is running running tests for the sake of running them. He has a level of compassion that I would compare to small town family doctors. His office staff is fantastic. Kind and efficient. Dr. Dor, a female doctor that I have seen during an urgent matter on Dr. Chou's day off was exceptional as well. I have had bad experiences at other Now Care offices years ago, but this one is truly above and beyond what anyone could want in medical care.

Absolutely fantastic. Dr. Chou and is office staff are efficient, kind, and professional. Both my daughter and I use Now Care Princess Anne and could not be more pleased.
