I had to purchase catheters at this business. With them, I still am in kidney failure. Without them, I would be seriously and dangerously ill. I am away at school, so I was to call my order in as I had done previously. I phoned early in the morning. It was late afternoon and I had not heard from anyone. I phoned again - I was told my number wasn't in my file and it would be put in it now so they would have it. I then gave my card number to pay for the catheters. They never arrived in the mail. I had heard nothing. I phoned and was told that the wrong number was in my file. Then I was told that charge wouldn't go through on my card. Really? Because I had just talked with my banker and NO charges had ever been applied to the card and no rejections were on the electronic records. No - I was being deceived. You want responsible service when dealing with a serious medical issue? Go elsewhere. If I had not found these cath's at another supplies (1/2 the price!), I would have been in dead.
