We have been using Chris and his team at Home Pride for 2+ years now. We bought a new home and he first came out to our other home to get it in rental-ready condition. Then, he came and met with the home inspector and our realtor for the entire home inspection process. He worked with the inspector and was able to take care of every item on the list. He has a wide network of professionals to call upon for special tasks. His pricing is beyond fair. He's punctual, thorough and professional.

He handled minor and major repairs, quoted custom closet shelves and cabinets and designed and quoted a built-in playhouse for our children on our 3rd floor. He fixed our HVAC and cosmetic issues from the inspection and has done electrical work as well. He installed a screen door to the Master Bedroom, added a railing to our deck, replaced screens on our outdoor porch, replaced and painted doors, changed out locks, brought our plumbing up to code, assembled and installed some wall mounted items, wired and hung flat screen tv's through the wall, installed decorative baby gates throughout the house, fixed loose shingles on the roof, replaced bulbs in light fixtures way too high for us to safely reach, renovated and repaired our warped and dried out front door, pressure washed the house, and fixed/replaced and painted rotten wood on the exterior of our home.

We plan to call him again once we're ready to paint the interior of our home and for anything else that comes up. No job seems too big or too small for him. We are fully satisfied and competent in his experience and craftsmanship. It's also a plus that he's a locally owned company.
