I hired Zerorez on Jan 31, 2022 for carpet cleaning of the entire second floor of my new home. Chad was very experienced explaining stains in the carpet by using high tech equipment. He did an excellent job. There was a really bad stain at the foot of the stairs (visible as soon as door was opened)). The stain is completely gone. He spot treated that stain until it completely disappeared. I highly recommend ZEROREZ. The price was great too. If you’re moving in from out of state like me hire ZEROREZ.
