I redeemed a coupon from living social and was treated like a leper!! Mr.Mack wasvery unprofessional and discourteous. I went tjere with thinteny to buy more if needed and to find a permanent detailing place but I guess because I had a half priced coupon which he mentioned i must nat jave been able to afford any other services. Just lost a potential customer.

What a wonderful experience. My wife and I were about 9 months behind on our mortgage payment and tons of credit card debt, we had no clue that bankruptcy was even an option until we talked with a friend. Our friend was working with Bankruptcy Professionals and told us to just call and talk with them, that was the best decision we made. They were very helpful and professional and now on our way to recovery.

Wasn't long a wait....Glad things were explained about what not to do once the tint was applied to the car. Looks good. Almost thinking to get it redone darker!

Charles did a fantastic job handling my bankruptcy. From the very beginning of the process, the staff at Bankruptcy Professionals worked hard to answer every question and help me to understand the process. My case was not cookie cutter, and they did a fantastic job of working through any concerns I had and helped to move the process along efficiently. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a detail shop. I bought two groupon packages totaling about $100. What I didn't know was that they would change the details of what I purchased once they got my money. I'm in the military and was reassigned only 4 hrs away. I was still willing to drive back to this shop to use up the rest of my groupon services whenever I was in town but this shop refused to work with me. I will NEVER recommend this shop to anyone I know...nor any strangers. They will only detail your vehicle properly if they like you and you don't have any complaints. I asked to speak to the manager but I was always told the manager was "unavailable". I left a written message and no one ever called me to address my concerns. I just gave up because the headache of dealing with them wasn't worth it. SO BUYER BEWARE!
