Wallingford Public Access Association Inc (WPAA) operates as WPAA-TV and Media Center distributing content created or acquired by the community, for the community. WPAA-TV provides its Users with the tools and the stage to Make TV. Producers create TV. Guarantors acquire informing content. WPAA-TV Board, Staff and volunteers support Users in the creation of content in keeping with the organizations' Mission, Goals and designated authority as the Community Access Provider. WPAA-TV staff does not produce TV.
