They were fast, courteous, and honest. These are good people who deserve your business. Note: they NOT TAKE CARDS as payment, so be prepared to pay old school.

Terrible body shop. I had took my car(Monte Carlo) to pellums about a month ago to get my windshield, my bumper and headlights fixed. For the first 2 or 3 weeks there was no progress made. They had my car sitting in a big puddle of water and now itz all rusted. By far the worst body shop ever. Stay away!!!

I wish I could give a zero star review. I was rear ended and used this body shop at the recommendation of the dealership from which I purchased my vehicle. It was 4 full days before any work began. I received a message late Friday afternoon from the dealership 2 weeks later informing me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I retrieved my car Saturday morning, it looked like it had been repaired by Helen Keller(no offense.) The tail lights were crooked, the seems between the quarter panels were uneven, the rear view camera was not working properly, there was a bonus dent on one of my quarter panels. I could go on and on. I called my insurance company (Geico) and they had me take my car to another body shop. Geico is paying the second body shop to completely dismantle and repair my vehicle. Stay away from Pellums Body Shop at all cost!!!!!
