      Springwell is a private, nonprofit agency that has been operational for more than 35 years and creates, manages and coordinates services for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Located in Waltham, MA, it has a staff of more than 100 people, including social workers, care advisors, registered nurses, nutritionists, in-home care staff, and personal care and home health aide workers. The agency provides various services, such as education, training, money management, nutrition counseling, transportation and housing. its in-home services includes assistance with grocery shopping and housework, emergency response systems, home health, adult day care programs, companionship, home delivered meals and respite care. Additionally, Springwell offers a variety of workplace services for corporate clients, including survey, analysis, seminars on aging, telephone consultation, printed referrals, eldercare manuals and tip sheets.
