Nottingham Construction was founded in 1989 as a residential Home Builder, specializing in addition and renovations. Over the years, we began serving commercial clients requiring the finest quality interior renovations and facility fit-outs. Industry demands competent contractors who treat clients with the utmost respect and integrity while delivering highest quality workmanship, and we work hard to meet these high standards. The company has completed numerous commercial and industrial projects throughout the Northeastern United States from New York to Virginia. We have gained a reputation for completing projects in a professional, cost effective and timely manner. Nottingham Construction has developed a reputation for being fair, honest, and providing quality wokrmanship. We are trustworthy in all our business dealings, as our reputation is one of our main assets. The majority of our business comes from repeat customers, or word of mouth recommendations. Unlike some general contractors, who we call "brokers" because they subcontract entire projects, we do a large protion of the work on our projets with our own forces. We feel this gives us greater control of the project, especially in the areas of scheduling and workmanship, which are two fo the most important aspects of construction management. We complete selective demolition, carpentry, drywall, acoustical ceilings and all casework. Our field staff ranges from 20 to 25 skilled and experienced professionals. Our project managers and office staff can assist you with estimating, value engineering and scheduling. We have the experience required and can function as a general contractor/construction manager.
