I was hired by a Temp agency and worked 1 day for 6 hours, and another time was asked to work for three days from 7am-3pm, I was asked to unload a trailer by hand, The first day of my 3 day term I asked if they could let me use a back brace the receiver told me to ask the office,the day was almost over so I waited till the next morning and ask the office, they explained that maybe they could get me 1 so I went back where I was unloading trailer and the receiver loaned me his personal brace, after which one of the supervisor1s came and said I would have to leave because they didn`t want a person working with a back problem,which I didn`t have but wanted the brace so I would not have any back problem, I think that the company should have given me a brace without any problem,cause a back brace is to help lifting not because you have a back problem and they also said the other boxes on the next trailer would be heavier, but I didn`t have any problem lifting, I just wanted not to have a problem with my back,very upset they let me go due to asking for a backbrace Otis E.
