We are trained in a variety of techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal Massage, Myofascial Release & Reiki, and extensive training in structural bodywork. Our Goal is to provide service that can enhance healing, provide long term relief, ease of movement, and a heightened sense of self-awareness. We hope to help clients discover and maintain a healthier, happier life.
