They always have plenty and are very good at timely refills. Always very friendly. Clean and decor is awesome.

I went there today a little before 3:30, Was seated had the usual lunch buffet, We ate a plate went back up about 4 or so had shrimp and all wife had a couple oysters, We had already had the check put on the table and were charged for the Lunch buffet, After we got our second plate the waitress came over and Said that they gave us the wrong check and it had been sitting there for 20 minutes or so, A couple that came in a few minutes after we did and left about 15 minutes before we did got their check and it was the lunch buffet usual price of about $18, They brought us a new check for almost $25, Which was bullshit, We were discriminated against as we were there a tad longer, We were there no more than 40 minutes, We talked for about 15 minutes before we got the 2nd plate which consisted of about a cup of pineapple shrimp and some spinach and cheese back, My wife got 3 oysters and some cold shrimp which was already on their salad buffet and is always on there. I called waitress over and asked why we were being charged more, said we came in after 3:30 which was a lie, As we pulled in I was on the phone with my mother in law and it was 3:15 when I hung up. I have went there since they first opened, They have now lost me as a customer after over 10 years, I will now go to the China Buffet in Chillicothe before I ever give another dime to Hong Kong Buffet, They told me when I asked for a boss that noone was there, So I told them to call the police, I was going to have them write a report for Small Claims court for False Advertising as their price said lunch buffet price, They did not even have dinner buffet out till right before we left, So we should not have been charged the dinner price. They corrected the issue and I have asked for the number for the boss or owner. I will probably not call them, I just will never go back and I will recommend to all my friends and my customers to never go to their business so they will lose business.
