Our classes allow you to experience Pilates in a small group of supportive students, led by one of our studio’s experienced instructors. These classes are designed for newcomers to Pilates, and for those who are familiar with fundamental Pilates exercises but want to brush up on their skills or prefer a more relaxed workout.
