Agree with the two prior reviews that Dr Morrison's back office staff person is extremely difficult and not always courteous. This is a shame because Dr Morrison is a very good primary physician with an excellent bed side manner. The problem is not with the receptionist, who is very pleasant and helpful. I also have been very pleased with Dr Morrison's recommendations of specialists.

I do agree with the poster who said the office is bad at responding to voice messages - I have yet to have a call back when I left one. However, I think that annoyance is worth it because Dr. Morrison is a very attentive and kind doctor. I never feel rushed when I have an appointment with him, and he seems to really listen to my concerns. Getting an appointment can sometimes be a bit challenging, as he does not work on Thursday.

Lousy at responding to telephone messages, requests for copy of records. Insists on office visits for which he gets paid. Refused to provide a "bridge" prescription after I moved from the area, knowing that I could not get an earlier appointment with my new doctor.
