They got a vehicle from another store for us but did not get the spare key but they said they would get it for us. Now they are saying they dont have one and that we have to spend over $100 for a new one. When I questioned this he said, well you saved over a thousand by buying from us. A mistake I wont make again!!!

I cannot express in 1000 words or less how terrible the service department is at this dealership. To make a long story short my new Chevy Equinox LTZ needed some work on the transmission. They had it for 12 days before even looking at it. It will be one month tomorrow since my car was towed to them for service and I have still not gotten it back even though the parts have been in for at least 5 days that I know of. The assistant manager is totaly unapologetic and isn't even willing to provide lip service for customers requiring warranty work. As a bonus, my husband had to remind him of another minor electrical repair that they apparently couldn't fit into their busy schedule over the past month. I figure if a transmission takes a month, then a switch for my automatic mirrors should be what 2 or 3 days at least. By the way, last I checked they were "3 weeks out for an oil change". What a joke!
