Visit us at our new location Family Music Center 2024 East Main St, CT 06705 Waterbury FAMILY MUSIC CENTER is a teaching facility which offers private and group instruction in Music and Voice. We take pride in bringing you the finest staff of instructors in the Waterbury area. We have a full time administrative staff to handle scheduling, billing and any other non-teaching matters that arise. This leaves our instructors free to...TEACH! MUSIC: We offer private lessons on all instruments including piano, keyboard, guitar, bass ( double and electric ), drums, percussion, brass, woodwinds, violin, cello and more. Our instructors are all professional musicians who perform as well as teach. They are very knowledgeable of their instruments and in their methods of instruction. VOICE: Lessons are private and include correct breathing techniques, vocal placement and control. Students are given exercises tailored to develop their individual voices and study and perform in a variety of music styles. Coaching is available in performance skills as well. PRE-MUSIC: A special class to introduce 4 & 5 years olds to the fundamentals of music through songs and games. It prepares children for private music lessons.
