Everyone at Colonial Buick/GMC was more than pleasant and professional. My wife and daughter were treated very kindly during our visits and we felt like we were everyone's top priority throughout the entire process. We were initially greeted by the General Manager Paul Rowe who set me up right away with Mike Foster. Mike Foster was a very friendly salesperson, and was quite knowledgeable about the GMC brand and in particular, the Terrain model I was interested in. Mike handled the transaction without any high pressure tactics, or redundant sales pitch. Lastly, Richard Stempel handled the final details with finesse and was even able to obtain a better financing package than my credit union had initially offered me. Overall, this was a very good experience for my family and we are extremely happy with the outcome. I have since sent along my co-worker and brother-in-law who have both purchased within a week of my purchase.

Dropped off my GMC Envoy there to repair a problem with the gauges and left there with a broken radio. No one seemed to want to appear to give an explanation and when they finally did they said they had nothing to do with that but could replace it for $500

Before I start this dealership is now colonial pontiac, gmc not chrysler jeep anymore , I live in hardwick, ma near Quabbin and daughter goes to school in Waltham

I can't say enough my daughters pontiac grand am over the past month kept refusing to start but would easily jump, thought it was battery initially finally after bringing to mechanics my husband said just find a pontiac dealership near her and stop monkeying around well I found Colonial. I called them on the Friday told him what was going on with car , they felt it was electrical alot to do with installed aftermarket remote starter , Xander the service manager was amazing they had a full schedule was able to take car on tues day his electrical expert returned from vacation, he was told I needed car back to her because I was leaving on Vacaton that Fri and he guaranteed it would not be a problem. Xander updated me thru whole process, came in under the quote given me and car was ready on Fri for daughter. This service department made a customer for life not only does this daughter drive a pontiac so does the other and they both go to school in waltham 2 miles from this dealership,, no more trying to get home to fix . these cars will go to Xander!
