General Info

Dr. Rudd grew up in Boylston, NY and graduated from Sandy Creek Central School. He attended Houghton College for his undergraduate training and SUNY Upstate in Syracuse for medical school. He did his residency training at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. Dr. Rudd has practiced in Watertown, NY since 2008 and provides whole family care. He has an interest in preventative and well care. This means he is focused on keeping you from getting ill (for example heart disease). Well-child checks and sport physicals fit into the category of preventative care. Dr. Rudd has an interest in office procedures including: skin checks and biopsies to detect cancer, treatment of all kinds of warts (common, plantar, genital), drainage of abscesses, treatment of ingrown toenails, etc. Dr. Rudd is the director of the Family Medicine resident training program in Watertown. He has medical residents and students in his office.
