Their quality of work or service deserves any star, but have to put one it. I took my bike there for a pretty minor problem and after them having it for 3 months it was basically destroyed by one of their professional mechanics. I rode the bike there and other than the problem with the starter bearing the bike ran and looked great. After I got it back it ran horrible, leaks oil and was missing parts, not to mention they left the bolt out of the shifter linkage that fell off going 65 MPH down the highway. When I complained I was told that the problem existed before they worked on it even though they admitted that their mechanic split the crankshaft. After closer inspection there are parts missing, parts replaced with other than OEM parts and basically it was slapped together so they could get it out of their shop and get their money. I wouldn't recommend taking your bicycle here much less a motorcycle. Want quality service and professional care for your bike, go anywhere but here.

Have been doing business with these guys since my bike was brand new. great shop environment and they know what they are doing. you can even just drop by to hang out for awhile and talk if you wanted to. quick service for outstanding prices. just last year I had them replace my front tire on my bike and inspect it from front to back and they had it all done and ready to go in about 30 minutes. they even gave me a deal on the tire because of my loyalty to that shop. Plus they do work on sleds wheelers etc. you can't go wrong there.

A few years ago I purchased a motorcycle and of course wanted to get aftermarket parts for the bike. I purchased some stuff from Iron Block, some from Thunderin Cycles, some from FX Caprara, and some from Watertown Power sports. After using all of the shops, I do all of my business with S&M. The guys are great up there and they always go the extra mile to make sure that I am happy with the parts and work. When I wanted work done to my bike, they came to my house with a trailer and picked my bike up free of charge (in more than a foot of snow). When I wanted a seat on my bike, they offered me to take their personal bikes out for rides so I could see what I liked. They always do great work and they do it for much cheaper than the others. They also stand behind their work and do anything to make sure that the customer is happy. I highly recommend this shop!
