I use this cab company often. There are some really good drivers and dispatchers. They keep me coming back to use the service. I think the rates are fair and the cars are clean! Seems the rude drivers from the past are mostly gone. Will tell all of my family and friends to use the service!

They get me from point A to point B... when they either answer the phone or SHOW UP. This morning I had a horrible experience. Some sad excuse for a cab driver named Chad came and got me... he was 20 minutes late... making me about 15 minutes late to work. He showed up with his EX-GIRLFRIEND in the passenger seat. I, at first, assumed she was one of my neighbors that he was just dropping off- and that would explain why he was late. She stepped out and was fumbling around in the trunk, so I went to go sit in the front seat and she was like "NUH UH" and pointed to the back seat. She was just as rude to me the entire drive there. They proceeded to have a fight about how he cheated on her (she showed me a tattoo of his name that she had, and told me she wanted "VOID" over it) as they shared a cigarette and drove me to work (I HATE CIGARETTES). The whole experience was awkward and traumatizing... I'd rather walk the 5 miles next time.

Terrible company. They just get worse. Let you book a taxi and say "15 minutes" 30 minutes comes and goes and still nothing and they don't answer the phone to let you know where the taxi is. When one does turn up it has other people in it despite telling the operator on the initial booking how many people will be getting in to the taxi!! Another hour later we arrive where we wanted to go and though I don't begrudge tips it's insulting for the taxi driver to say he has no change to give back when the trip didn't cost what we had to part with. They're a bunch of cowboys! On second thoughts, cowboys have more integrity and work ethic. There should be an option for negative stars.

This company does not care for its customers. I was late to work because they never showed up. I called 3 times was told it would 30 mins each time i called. I finally had to get a ride from someone

My driver was on time, very polite, and didn't get mad when I gave him the wrong directions. The rates are also very good. I would reccommend Yellow Cab Taxi!

If you can get them to answer they are ok!!
