I think the public would like to know that Dr.Sanni's office will see patients on an urgent care status. About 4 weeks ago my son got some metal particles in his eye while doing a home project. He placed a call to the eye center and they saw him immediately. Dr.Sanni removed the metal right in his office. Amazing service. And no referral was required. Prescriptions were give and a follow up appointment in two days which happened to be a (Saturday) with Dr.Burke. Thanks to the staff,Drs.Sanni and Burke. Exceptional care and service. We highly recommend Watertown Eye Center.

I know the wait is long, but Dr. Burke is the best. She and her colleagues were wonderful when I had a bad bout of iritis. I am a little concerned that lately the place and the support staff have changed so drastically. . But for medical I would rate them highly.

I go there every six months for exam and the wait is always so long.would go so other place but because of the medicine that I am on I need the exam one there..

Brought my mother for a eye exam she had a bump on her eye that needed surgery. we where there on May 27th said the would call within a week to confirm a June 30th appointment. They not only didn't call but would not return my calls. I called multiple times from early June until I finally on 6/24/11 called and they did return the call. They said they had to call back. They called back and said she would have to wait because they did not have enough time to get her in by June 30th. I said I was in your office on May 27th you had a month to take care of this what happened. There response was you can get someone else to do it. Beware if you go there

I brought 2 children to this sight. the wait was long; I took time off work. Then I was told that they could not see my niece whom I've had custody of for 10 years because I did not bring papers; which if I would have said she was my daughter I would not have to prove that. Like people just randomly pick up children and pay for vision and glasses. Then to top things off after they saw my son, I was told to get the results of his exam I would have to come in and sign a release to myself and it would be mailed to me.....I could not pick it up. I had to contact them 3 times, he needed these results to start school. The exam was thorough.
