They are wonderful to all my pets, and very compassionate when I have had to euthanize two of my animals.

Provided by YP.comAlthough I have a primary care Vet, whenever she is unavailable, I have taken my animals to Dr. Balboni (even though they are not back-up for each other). So, this clinic knows me and my Bernese Mountain Dog(s). Today my 8 week old puppy exploded diarrhea that was blood. My Vet was out of state today and knowing the good relationship I have always had with Dr. Balboni, I called there as an emergency. The woman absolutely refused to do anything for me. I told her that I am in their records having taken my dogs there for a few years. She did not care. Dr. Balboni is not a back-up for my Vet so even though I have had a "dog" relationship with him, for some tine, it doesn't matter. I guess rather than take my dog to someone I know and respect, I need to go to one of the 24 hr emergency $1000 when you walk in the door clinic. I hope my puppy doesn't die while having to go 1.5 hours in each direction to the emergency clinic when I could be at Dr. Balboni in about 12 minutes, and his office hours are still going on for another hour! Whatever happened to it's all about the animals....
I do not like the vet at this animal hospital, he is off is his little world, does't really talk to the animals, just a pat on the head and is very cold and not a good beside manner...I hate going to him and I am going to find a different vet for my dog! And he doesn't really hold any sort of conversation with me about the dog, or talk to me during the procedures... I have to say that they do a good job at taking care of the animals but as far as bedside manners, and friendliness goes...it's lacking big time.
